Welcome to Fanmeet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fanmeet app and website. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Fanmeet.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fanmeet. By using the platform, you confirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Services and Bookings

Fanmeet is a marketplace that connects users with companions for virtual dates, in-person meetups, messaging, video calls, and content. Bookings, payments, and interactions are made between users. Fanmeet facilitates these connections but is not a party to the arrangements between users.

4. Payments, Beans, and Withdrawals

Some features require in-app credits ("beans") or payments. All purchases, top-ups, and withdrawals are subject to our processing and review. Fees and exchange values may apply. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the platform for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
• Do not harass, threaten, or exploit other users.
• Do not impersonate others or provide false information.
• Do not attempt to bypass payments or security measures.
• Do not record, redistribute, or share private content or streams without consent.

6. Content

You are responsible for the content you upload and share. You must have the rights to any content you post. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Adult Content

Fanmeet may include mature and adult-oriented content intended only for adults aged 18 or older. By using the platform, you confirm you are legally permitted to view such content in your jurisdiction.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior, or as required by law. You may stop using the platform at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanmeet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
